Mobile Phone Coverage
As many would know mobile phone coverage in The Otways, is always less than reliable.  However due to the wonderful Telstra Next G network, NextG phones should work for most people at the race center.  But don't expect them to work in the township of Forrest.

Parking
There will be a large amount of car parking within the event center on Sunday.  This will be controlled by our volunteers, and you will be requested to offer a GOLD COIN donation per car.  This fee will assist our club in paying the standard "per rider" fees associated with running these events, and contribute to our current Junior development fund, your assistance is greatly appreciate.

Please play nice when being instructed where to park as our volunteers don't like to be growled at.  The earlier you get to the event, the closer you will get to park to the transition area.
In anticipation to any rain we might experience, we will be parking cars away from the event centre.  There will be a walk from your car to the event centre.  Therefore you are encouraged to bring a trolley.
Early birds please note:  If you arrive early enough, you will be allowed to "drop off" your race gear within race central, then park your car.  This opportunity will cease at 8:45am.  People arriving Saturday are encouraged to drop off their equipment on Saturday.  Forrest MTB club members will be staying overnight at Race Central and will therefore keep an eye on your gear.  No responsibility will be taken.
